Something got messed up with my card from my camera so all of the photos taken over the last few months are gone. Sniff. Fortunately, she is the most photographed baby in the world so I am handling the loss ok. Instead, I decided to go through my phone and share some of those pics .

Motherhood is........

sometimes mistakenly diagnosed as hypothyroidism
having the best stock of band-aids and ice-packs in the neighbourhood
knowing that baby-proofing is a myth.
allowing extra time when going out because you know something will spill, fall, bleed, be lost or need the toilet.
Having biceps AND bingo arms.

savouring that first hot sip of coffee in the morning because the rest of your sips are going to be cold.

Mila. "Well, the party is over, I tinkled in the pool!"
