She is becoming a little girl

She shops......

She beautifies...

She accessorizes......

She has tea parties.....

She bakes cakes....

She even manages to squeeze in a little jazzercise.

Creekside Park

After a delightful morning at the Ultrasound office watching Baby number two jumping around in my belly and donning her umbilical cord like it were a feather boa, we saw that one of our favourite parks had reopened after 6 months of reconstruction and we had a whole bunch of new things to play on.

First stop was the ducks. Almost everyone that passed had to comment that it was a Daddy duck and the babies and that there was no Mummy duck. Pretty typical for Marin really. At the park on a usual day, it is me, 5 or 6 latino nannies and a couple of Dads......no Mums.

We climbed up to the binoculars to look at all the birds on the wetlands it was spectacular. The funny thing about these binoculars is that they were just plastic tubes, with no glass or magnification, but she LOVED them anyway.

This was the base of a huge mass of ropes shaped like the Eiffel tower. Unfortunately for Mila she was wearing the wrong shoes, otherwise she would have made it to the top.....hehe

Her favourite past time, the swings. Enjoying the view. It's hard to believe that the mountain in the background was covered in snow a week ago.

A quick bite to eat before we leave.
