Toot toot! Everyone is excited for Train Town.

Mila stands firm on the train carriage she wants to ride in.

Three little Musketeers.

Enjoying the breeze in her hair as she appreciates having picked an open air carriage.

The train made a stop at the petting zoo, where Mila got to feed the Daddy Goat.

Aneka and Mila wondering when this train is going to get a move on.

"Lets go find the conductor so we can get this train moving!"

Hoodlums hanging about in the train yard
Time for the carousel.
Mummy's poor horse had a double load.

We then headed to Sonoma Square for some lunch and playground time.

Time to climb.......again.

One last romp in the grass before we leave.

Easter Sunday started with a lovely Ladies Brunch at the Panama Hotel with fresh baked scones and chocolate bunnies.  We then went back to the house and did a little egg dying with Dina.  The Easter bunny made a delivery while we were picking Daddy up from the airport and Mila finally got her highly anticipated Egg Hunt, which had been foiled by the nasty people at the park the day before.  It didn't disappoint.

Mixing the magic potions with Gagy for the eggs.

What are you drawing on your egg?

Time to add the stickers

Our magnificent eggs.

A tribute to our glorious egg dying.  We dipped the egg in all the dyes and look at our masterpiece.

Time to eat the goodies from the egg hunt.  The foil was a little tricky to remove.

Patiently waiting for Daddy to assist.

MMMMMM

Ooooh, caramel filling.

This egg had Play Doh in it!!

Oh my!  The Easter Bunny left his ears behind!

How does he wear these?

This will do!.

Playdates, pedicures and princesses.

Kendra and I have lost sight of our toes, sight of our belly buttons and sight of our sanity, so last weekend we thought we'd treat ourselves to a luxurious pedicure and left the boys to watch the little ladies. (Pics courtesy of Team Frigard)

Dress up time.  What pretty princesses.

Ring a ring of rosies........

yadda, yadda, yadda, we all fall DOWN!!

This picture is titled "A Patient Man"

Fun and Frivolty with the Fabulous Frigirls - Today's blog brought to you by the letter 'F'

Yesterday we welcomed the warm weather and joined the Fabulous Frigirls at the Discovery Museum.

Mila embraced her inner Gymnast/Interpretive dancer/Hula girl and performed a solo for us.

She was joined by the others for a grand finale.

Aneka having a little fun on the blue tubey thingys.  Yes, that is the technical term for those.

Mila built the structure on the left.  You can't say she isn't a Valka.

Hmmm where can I put this.

Perfect.

Time for a little music.

Dancing-check, music-check, exercise-check and now Artwork-check

Teamwork

We can't leave without a little pirate action......time to climb to the crowsnest.....or maybe not.

Mila would rather Captain the ship, no surprise there.

Mila in the "Captains quarters"

"Is there room for a second Captain?"

Apparently there isn't room for two Captains so Mila is jumping ship.

Time for some refreshments.

Three little spiders.

Mila's Birthday Dinner with Ella, Ava and Shannon.

We like to celebrate Birthday week in this household so on Tuesday, Mila's actual Birthday, we had a delightful dinner in Mill Valley with Ella, Ava and Shannon, followed by ice-cream and dancing.

Mmmmmmmm.

"Hey Ava, is there chocolate on my face?"

Fully powered on sugar, it was time to boogie.

Sugar crash.

Time to head home.
