Shopping carts.

I realised I had a little collection of the girls in shopping carts so I figured I'd give the collection it's own entry.

Future star.

Mila is a little more rock n roll.  Our sweet little Juney has a softer classical side.  Her music is so sweet I can taste it.

Chocolate Cake and PJ's

We brought home a little chocolate cake from Aneka's birthday party and the next morning we thought a tea party in the garden would be nice with Chocolate cake......

Aneka's 3rd B'day

Mila's BFF turned three on Friday so we went over to her house for a little shindig

Two old ladies gossiping.

Blackie's pasture.

75 degree weather in February calls for a bike ride and a picnic.  We headed over to Blackie's pasture in Tiburon and in Mila's words, "This is the best picnic ever!!"

Mila greeting Blackie.  "He's lumpy!"
After a nice ride along the trail we stopped at the playground for some fun.
Mila's shirt should say "stay crazy" not "stay cute"
Happy girl
Picnic time. Not a bad view at all.

Mila punking out the tie and pocket protector.

Is she ready to kick some heads in or do my taxes????

Time to crawl

It's hard work learning to crawl.

Rory the racing car

I hope the manufacturers took the strength of Mila into consideration when they made this swing........

Good Morning Mummy!

The other morning I rolled over and opened my eyes and was greeted by this little cutie pie.  She is definitely a morning person.

Bookworm

Every night Mila straps a glow stick to her wrist and reads herself to sleep. I always find her buried deep in a book fast asleep.

An Orgasmica Valentine

So if you know me and Anton(aka Ron Swanson), you know that we don't recognise Valentine's Day.  Anton proposed to me on February 11th just to steer away from having our proposal on that day and we've been steering away from it ever since.  Well, having kids must have softened our hearts or our tolerance of commercialism because we actually, sort of celebrated it.  If of course you consider pizza and beer in a sea of toys romantic.......hmmmm.

We went to Pizza Orgasmica, which we thought was aptly name for the occasion and plopped ourselves in the back room which is designed for children.  We were in the company of a few kids and a table of college students having a rowdy conversation about how doing a woman in her late thirties was gross.  It was a great Valentines.

The Zoo

Today we took advantage of our fabulous weather and our passes and headed off to the Oakland Zoo with the Frigirls.

Look at that monkey......oh and there's one on the ropes too.

Mila desperately trying to get closer to the Macaw's.

Kendra working the Ergobaby.

Aneka not so impressed with Mila's monkey impression.
If you look closely, Mila's lily pad is all wet.....she had just fallen in and was crying because her feet were wet.

Thru the rabbit burrow.

June chillin' as usual

Mila catching Aneka as she comes down the slide.

Kendra has baby and bag overload.

Lunch time.

Watching the otters.

"Hey baby, check out our ride!"
Mila combing the sheep at the petting zoo.

Then giving the goat a little rub down.

The goat whisperer
Adeline not too keen on the goats, but June loved them.

Ballerina's love He-Man too.

Mila LOVES watching He-Man, she just thinks he is soooo dreamy.  I tried introducing her to She-Ra, (girl power and all) and she was not interested at all.  Oh well, to the Power of Gray skull.

Ring a ring of Rosies.

Mila just couldn't wait till her sister could walk so she compromised.

Ahoy Matey's Part II

We spent a couple of minutes outside with June in Grandpapa's sailor shirt.  I got a few shots before the shoe chewing and over zealous big sister jumped in.

This facial expression is priceless.
