Mila finished up her soccer semester and she did remarkably well. I would say too well. So we aren't going to sign her up again until she is allowed into the higher age group. As you can see by the picture, she is just bigger than all the kids (and more mature I might add, but you can blame that on the parents). We both really struggled with the lack of structure and the parents that just let the kids float around with complete disregard to the fact that they are supposed to be attending a class. We will miss Chase, (the little boy with both hands in the air), but that's about it. Mila's only competition was one of her classmates older brother's that used to come and join in from time to time. He is the little boy you see in red, that almost beats Mila in the dribbling race in the video below. We have bought a soccer ball for Mila and I will hone in on my well-expired soccer coaching certification that I got when I was 19 and get her prepped to kick the 4 year old's butts next year. (I'm not a competitive soccer mum, I swear).
